Supporting Women of Color entrepreneurs through the IFEL Adopt-A-Business program aligns your brand, your values and your leadership with innovation in the area of small business diversity and inclusion. The Adopt-A-Business program provides inclusion-conscious companies, agencies and organizations with a skills-based volunteerism program with opt-in participation at the individual employee level.
